Brian Young started with Eugene Mortgage Brokers in 2016.
Brian is a licensed Loan Officer:
Honest and thoughtful, Brian is a mortgage advisor committed to providing the best fit for his clients. He endeavors to provide the best options, whether for the purchase of a new home or the refinance of an existing home. No matter what your circumstance, Brian will do his best for you, and provide you with the options suited to your individual needs.
Brian is an Oregon native and moved to Eugene to attend the University of Oregon in 2003. After graduation, he spent some time in retail banking before joining Eugene Mortgage Brokers in 2016. With more than ten years of banking and lending experience, he has been fortunate to help many clients achieve their financial goals.
Brian is very involved in the community and gives back in a variety of ways, such as Habitat for Humanity building projects, Food for Lane County Snack Pack program, and Springfield Schools.
When Brian isn’t working, he enjoys spending time with his family, ferrying kids to after school activities, golfing, basketball, and relaxing at the Oregon coast.
Brian’s Favorite Loan Programs:
The home buying process can be complicated, whether you’re purchasing your first home or are a seasoned buyer. Changes in the market as well as to the rules and regulations that govern the various programs can make it difficult to stay up to date. Whatever your situation is its imperative to have an expert to help work with you through the process.
First Time Home Buyers: Even though there are multiple options available to first time home buyers the experience doesn’t have to be daunting. As a loan adviser I will help determine the best match for my buyers and their scenario. I enjoy educating people so they can feel empowered and at ease with their decisions.
VA Buyers: One of the ways we try and give back to our community here at Eugene Mortgage Brokers is focusing on the veterans who live here. VA Loans are unique and I like working with my veteran borrowers to help them determine their eligibility, and reach their home ownership goals.
